Ms. Goh Yee Chin graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Dietetics with Nutrition from International Medical University (IMU), the world’s first university to receive International Accreditation for Education for Dietitian-Nutritionists from the International Confederation of Dietetic Associations (ICDA). She is proficient in disease prevention and health promotion for the general public, disease management, and medical nutrition therapy.
Her areas of practice include community, clinical, and food service dietetics. She assesses nutritional issues, applies medical nutrition therapy, and counsels on lifestyle modifications.
From her previous experience, she has conducted a focus group discussion on weight management, conducted a webinar ‘Fat Facts for Heart-Healthy Diet: Love It, Limit It, Lose It’, analyzed nutrients and designed diseases-based recipes, presented her research poster in the MDA 26th National Conference, and was involved in the pilot test of supper club, Project Aliquot, for the university.
